    Browse the menu, add items to cart, and checkout — no account needed. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Do you deliver across Islamabad?

    Yes — across Islamabad and selected sectors of Rawalpindi (Bahria, DHA, Saddar). Delivery fees show before you place the order.

  • Can I choose a delivery date?

    You can pick a delivery date and window at checkout. Larger desserts can be pre-booked up to 14 days ahead.

  • Do you take same-day orders?

    Yes, with a minimum 5-hour lead time. For very last-minute requests, WhatsApp us first to confirm.

  • Can I send an order as a gift?

    Absolutely. Add the recipient's address at checkout and we'll handle delivery on your behalf — packaging is gift-ready by default.

  • What if I need a custom or bulk order?

    For 10+ pieces, themed cakes, dessert tables, or office orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will tailor a quote.

  • Are there allergens?

    Most desserts contain dairy, eggs, gluten and tree nuts (especially the kunafa range). Check individual product pages or ask us before ordering.

  • What if I need help after ordering?

    WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach support — we'll be on the other end before, during, and after delivery.
