Privacy policy
Flan Fudge is a home-baked dessert business in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We collect the least we need to bake your order and deliver it. This page explains what that is, and what we never do.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you ordered.
- WhatsApp conversations, when you message us to place or discuss an order.
- Your approximate location, only when you tap “Use my current location” in the delivery checker. It answers whether you are inside our delivery radius and is never stored or sent anywhere.
- Saved items in your wishlist and cart, kept only in your own browser.
How we use it
- To prepare, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order — a delivery time, a substitution, a payment confirmation.
- To answer questions about bulk and event orders.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the delivery of your order.
- We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
- We do not store card details. Payment is handled at delivery or through the channel you choose.
Cookies and browser storage
- This site uses browser storage for your cart and wishlist so they survive a refresh. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Your choices
- Ask us to delete your order details at any time on WhatsApp.
- Decline the location prompt — typing your area works exactly as well.
- Clear your browser storage to empty your cart and wishlist.
